Job summary

INGOT is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior BDM / BD Team Leader in Dubai to drive revenue growth by shaping sales strategies and expanding client relationships. You will lead a team of BDMs, mentor members, and forecast sales and profits for both existing and new products.

Ideal candidates have a strong FX/CFDs background, proven leadership, and a results-driven approach to sales. The role features hybrid working hours and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales/bd team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a BD Team Leader, leveraging your expertise to cultivate and bring in your own sales portfolios.
• Lead and mentor a team of BDM’s, providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the team to achieve sales targets, forecasting expected sales and profits for existing and new products.
