Job summary

INGOT seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in its FX and CFDs brokerage in Dubai. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support strategic goals with strong market knowledge and communication skills.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and delivering targets in a fast-paced environment. Dubai-based with commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets and FX/CFD dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive, target-driven and able to contribute to growth.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
• Manage daily client interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Handle leads, follow up with potential clients, and retain existing clients with strategic engagement.
• Onboard new clients and help achieve company targets.
• Identify, assess, negotiate and close partnership deals.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships and represent the company professionally.
• Propose product/service enhancements based on market feedback.
