Job summary

INGOT in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our FX and CFDs brokerage. You’ll identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support strategic goals with strong market knowledge.

The role requires excellent communication, networking, and analytical skills to expand the client base and close partnerships, while maintaining professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading mechanisms and FX/CFD regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling and visits.
• Manage daily client contacts via phone, email, and in-person meetings to drive engagement.
• Acquire new retail and institutional leads, follow up diligently and retain existing clients.
• Onboard new clients and steer them toward hitting company targets and revenue growth.
• Identify, assess, negotiate and close partnerships to expand the client base.
• Represent the company professionally and propose product/service enhancements.
