Job summary
Kerzner International Limited operates Atlantis Dubai, a premier luxury resort on Palm Island. The Team Leader, Front Services will guide a high-profile Front Services team, ensuring impeccable guest experiences and flawless service delivery in a five-star environment.
You will support the Assistant Manager and Manager, mentor colleagues, and uphold standards across Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation while maintaining a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or related luxury service setting.
- Immaculate presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, grooming and above-average fitness are essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead Front Services teams to deliver five-star guest service.
- Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in running daily operations.
- Train and update colleagues on service delivery standards.
- Oversee health and safety compliance and service delivery.
- Manage Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation daily operations.
