Kerzner International Limited operates Atlantis Dubai, a premier luxury resort on Palm Island. The Team Leader, Front Services will guide a high-profile Front Services team, ensuring impeccable guest experiences and flawless service delivery in a five-star environment.

You will support the Assistant Manager and Manager, mentor colleagues, and uphold standards across Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation while maintaining a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or related luxury service setting.
• Immaculate presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, grooming and above-average fitness are essential.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Services teams to deliver five-star guest service.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in running daily operations.
• Train and update colleagues on service delivery standards.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and service delivery.
• Manage Front Door, Bell Services and Transportation daily operations.

You will assist and oversee service providers utilization, health and safety as customer satisfaction standards and assist manage the Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.It is essential that you have previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar luxury service environment. Immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, immaculate grooming and a higher than average physical fitness level is essential in this role along with a fluency in English is mandatory.
