Atlantis Dubai, a flagship luxury resort renowned for iconic experiences and world-class service, invites applications for a Team Leader, Front Services. You will lead a visible guest-facing team, coach colleagues, and ensure seamless operations across Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation in a five-star setting.

Ideal candidates bring prior five-star hotel experience, immaculate presentation, and exceptional guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a five-star hotel or luxury service environment.
• Immaculate personal presentation and grooming.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages desirable.
• Ability to lead Front Services team and to liaise with management.
• Physically fit with high visibility in front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.

About The Role

You will have excellent customer service skills, willing to advising guests on their needs, and enjoy delivering a great experience from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury environment.

About You

The Team Leader, Front Services must demonstrate a clear passion for guest service and a willingness to be highly visible front of house so you can lead the teams to success. You will assist the Assistant Manager and Manager run the operation while updating and training all colleagues on their technical and service delivery skills and processes to an internationally recognized five-star standard at all time. You will assist and oversee service providers utilization, health and safety as customer satisfaction standards and assist manage the Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.

It is essential that you have previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar luxury service environment. Immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, immaculate grooming and a higher than average physical fitness level is essential in this role along with a fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are desirable
