THE TEAM

You will be part of our Front Office team, a dynamic group dedicated to creating seamless guest experiences from the moment of arrival to departure. Working closely with the Front Office Supervisor and collaborating with Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Bell Services, and other key departments, the team ensures smooth daily operations and consistently exceptional guest service.

YOUR ROLE

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service at every stage of the guest journey. Your role ensures smooth check‑ins, accurate billing, and proactive guest support, ultimately contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the property. You’ll collaborate closely with operational teams, maintain high service standards, and support the coordination of guest needs, special requests, and daily hotel activity.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Provide courteous and efficient check‑in and check‑out experiences for all guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries or concerns, and ensure a consistently positive guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate guest information, room assignments, billing details, and reservation updates within the property management system.
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Bell Services, and other departments to coordinate arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special requests.
  • Handle guest payments, follow all cashiering procedures, and ensure accuracy in daily financial transactions.
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation at the Front Desk at all times.
