The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service at every guest touchpoint ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests professionally and efficiently during check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest registrations room assignments and payment processing accurately
  • Provide information about hotel services facilities and local attractions
  • Address guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
  • Handle cash billing and posting charges in accordance with hotel procedures
  • Ensure front desk operations comply with brand standards and service excellence guidelines
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel with exceptional conduct
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role within hospitality
  • Fluency in English additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
  • Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Flexible availability including evenings weekends and public holidays
