Fairmont The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our luxury hotel team. You will handle arrivals, departures, registrations, and guest data in line with our service standards while maintaining a polished appearance.

You will review VIP and group lists, manage cash and guest charges, support Concierge, and promptly resolve guest concerns. Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset; fluency in English (additional language helpful) and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English, and at least one additional language.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel experience is an asset.
• Opera PMS knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily arrival and departure functions per service standards.
• Perform registration and manage guest data per guidelines.
• Review group resumes, VIP reports, and daily business reports.
• Handle cash, credit processing, and Gift Card redemption.
• Support Concierge or Telephone Operator as required.
• Resolve guest complaints with manager follow-up.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to expedite turnover.
• Communicate room readiness and coordinate luggage delivery.
• Post charges for late check-outs and ensure receipts filed.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell Front Office opportunities.
• Maintain security of room keys and valuables.
