EDITION Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a courteous Guest Service Agent to manage check-ins and check-outs, confirm reservations, process payments, and respond to guest requests with efficiency and warmth.

You will print reports, assist with wake-up calls, coordinate with other departments, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced luxury setting. Previous front desk experience is helpful, and you will join a team dedicated to memorable guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.
• Activate and file room keys.
• Process all guest requests and relay messages.
• Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift; secure bank.
