Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a front desk agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and handle reservations with professionalism. You will manage guest profiles, process payments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure an exceptional stay.

The role requires fluency in English, with Russian and Arabic as an asset. Prior Front Office experience and familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS are advantageous. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional language Russian/Arabic highly desirable.
• Experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service is required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out following Rixos standards.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, guest profiles, payments, and settlements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain security and records.
