Job summary

Raffles The Palm Dubai invites you to join our luxury Front Office team as a Front Office Agent. Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, you will manage reception, check-in/out, cashiering and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

We seek a professional with strong English communication and at least 2 years in guest relations within luxury hotels. The role emphasizes warm, personalized service and elegant hospitality in line with the Raffles standard.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years Guest Relations experience in four- or five-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Register and room all guest arrivals according to established procedures.
• Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures and ensure data is entered into the system.
• Maintain cashier float and produce daily money reports.
• Assist guests with currency exchange and safety deposit services.
• Ensure guests depart with a positive impression of service.
