Job summary

Ennismore's Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is recruiting for a Front Office/Reservations role to deliver Turkish hospitality standards with warm, personalized service. You will handle inquiries, process reservations, and maintain accurate records.

Fluent English, with Russian or Arabic preferred, and previous hotel front desk or customer service experience are highly valued. You must be flexible for shifts, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills Russian, Arabic is compulsory.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service, preferably in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS/Opera Cloud is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough knowledge of the entire hotel services and facilities.
• Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
• To be totally familiar with all aspects of the reservation systems.
• Handle all reservation requests using good listening and communication skills to secure information necessary to complete a reservation.
• Post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.
• Process rooming lists and group blocks and indicate special requests and billing procedures.
• File and process reservations correspondence, make certain all files are current and in order.
• Abide by the hotels policies and procedures.
• Be familiar with changes in the rates and group enquiries.
• Complete daily shift task list and aid others.
• Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings.
