Job summary

VOGO - ABU DHABI GOLF RESORT AND SPAL.L.C - O.P.C. seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service at the arrival and reception area. You will handle inquiries, manage calls, and ensure a warm, professional welcome for all visitors.

Responsibilities include efficient check-ins/outs, accurate guest records, and collaboration with housekeeping and other departments to satisfy guest needs while maintaining confidentiality and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception within hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
