Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent or similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent attention to detail under pressure.
• Proficient with property management systems and data entry.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform warm, efficient guest check-ins and check-outs following service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments.
• Communicate VIP details and guest requests to relevant departments.
• Manage room assignments, reservations, and daily status reports.
