Job summary

Accor Novotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide outstanding front desk service. You will handle cashiering, foreign exchange, and guest inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate has experience with Opera PMS, fluent English, and a hospitality background. We offer a collaborative team environment in a globally recognized hotel brand and opportunities for growth within Accor.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera & PMS or a related system.
• Fluency in English
• Bachelors or diplomas/certifications are required.
• Relevant experience is a must within Hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and takes care of them from arrival to departure.
• Maintain cashier float and accurate daily report of money received.
• Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
• Helps meet department targets through sales efforts.
• Develop friendly, personalized relationships to encourage guest loyalty.
• Ensure front desk area is clean and orderly.
• Anticipates guests' needs and handles complaints promptly.
