Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service from arrival to departure. You will greet guests by name where possible, handle check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries with knowledge of local attractions and hotel facilities.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree, strong English communication skills, a proactive, multi-cultural mindset, and prior Front Office experience. Opera familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree required or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of an additional language is beneficial.
• Proficient with computers; Opera software experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival till departure.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name where possible and escorted to their room.
• Assist guests with in-room and hotel activity inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, local services, promotions, events and attractions.
• Accurately process check-in/check-out and incidental charges using Front Office systems.
• Maintain guest privacy and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
