Job summary

InterContinental Abu Dhabi is looking for a warm, confident Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a personalized welcome at check-in and ensuring a memorable departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling registrations, room assignments, processing payments, and sharing information on facilities and promotions. A professional appearance and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Handle registrations, room assignments, keys, and payments accurately.
• Provide information on facilities, services, and local area.
• Recognize loyalty members and assist with personalized experiences.
• Maintain guest profiles and coordinate with Housekeeping for arrivals.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support front office during peak times and maintain grooming standards.
