Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

• Computer literacy; Opera software experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests to achieve high satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name (when known) and escorted to their room for a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with hotel activities, inquiries, and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Monitor rate levels and occupancy to optimize selling opportunities.
• Process check-in/check-out and incidental charges using Front Office systems.
• Protect guest privacy and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities and service standards.
