Job summary

Postremo IT is recruiting its first dedicated sales hire in Dubai to build the sales function from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle and shape the go-to-market strategy with the technical co-founder and delivery team.

You will lead prospecting, qualification, and closing with a focus on managed services, cloud, security, and digital transformation, while driving a robust pipeline and regional leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record selling IT services or technology consulting in UAE/GCC.
End-to-end deal execution from prospecting to closing.
Experience communicating with IT buyers and senior business decision makers.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle in the UAE from prospecting to signed contract.
Sell across the Postremo IT portfolio: managed services, device management, cloud, security and digital transformation.
Map the Dubai market, identify target organisations, and open doors to long-term relationships.
Build and manage an accurate, well-qualified pipeline.
Collaborate with co-founders and delivery team to shape proposals that fit clients.
Represent Postremo IT in the UAE market as the local face of the business.
Work to agreed KPIs across activity, pipeline health and revenue.
