Emcita is hiring a Sales & Business Development Associate in the UAE to bring in new business and close deals for our technology services. This remote, commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential as you engage Gulf-based companies and investors seeking African tech services.

You will identify UAE/Gulf clients, pitch our offerings across 17 service lines, and manage deals from first contact to contract, working closely with Emcita's founder on proposals and pricing.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, BD, or client-facing experience in tech/IT services.
• Strong network in UAE/Gulf and ability to reach decision-makers.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential UAE/Gulf clients needing Emcita's services.
• Pitch service offerings and map client needs to the right practice area.
• Manage the sales conversation from initial contact to signed contract.
• Collaborate with Emcita's founder to structure proposals and pricing.
