Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for an Estimator to join a prominent FM service provider in Dubai. The Estimator will prepare precise cost estimates for facilities management services, ensuring competitive pricing while analyzing tender documents and site requirements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with extensive experience in FM estimating, and strong skills in negotiation and communication. Proficiency in estimating software is preferred. This role is crucial for supporting successful bid outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FM estimating, cost planning, or commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of FM service delivery models, contracts, and pricing structures.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse RFPs, ITTs, contracts, drawings, and scope documents for FM tenders.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for hard and soft FM services.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess service requirements and risks.
• Develop pricing models, BOQs, and cost breakdowns.
• Identify commercial risks and ensure compliance with client specifications.
