You will lead the service team on the floor, coordinate across service, bar and kitchen, coach staff on grooming and professionalism, and maintain brand standards while addressing guest feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front-of-House supervisor in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest handling.

Responsibilities

• Floor Operations & Service Flow: Supervises daily service operations to ensure smooth table turnover and coordination between service, bar and kitchen teams.
• Guest Experience & Service Standards: Ensures guests receive high-quality service in line with brand standards and handles feedback.
• Team Supervision & Support: Guides, assigns, and monitors front-of-house staff during shifts; on-the-job coaching.
• Coordination & Communication: Acts as a key link between service, kitchen, bar and management; communicates special requests clearly.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensures adherence to procedures, hygiene, safety standards; supports daily checklists and handovers.
