BeatBAB in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support the Restaurant Management team in daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate the service team, uphold brand standards, and act as the on-floor leader during peak periods, guiding staff with coaching and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest handling.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and during busy service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Floor Operations & Service Flow: Supervises daily service operations to ensure smooth table turnover, proper sequencing, and efficient coordination between service, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Guest Experience & Service Standards: Ensures guests receive a high level of service in line with brand standards. Handles guest feedback and resolves minor complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when required.
• Team Supervision & Support: Guides, assigns, and monitors front-of-house staff during shifts. Provides on-the-job coaching, ensures proper grooming, and supports team discipline and professionalism.
• Coordination & Communication: Acts as a key communication link between the service team, kitchen, bar, and management. Ensures special requests, VIP notes, and service instructions are communicated clearly and executed accurately.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensures adherence to operational procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines. Assists management with daily checklists, shift handovers, and reporting of incidents or service challenges.
