Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervisory roles or management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service in restaurant areas and maintain service standards.
• Ensure FOH team adhere to the Cycle of Service at all times.
• Manage staffing levels and breaks according to business volume.
• Conduct regular staff briefings and on-the-job training.
• Handle customer complaints and uphold guest relations.
• Act as duty manager on shift and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to keep the venue in order.
