Job summary

COMAL is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations in Dubai. You will ensure smooth service flow, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and adherence to brand standards while leading the service team on the floor.

The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching, grooming, and clear communication with kitchen, bar, and management to execute service instructions and uphold hygiene and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest handling.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Preferably Mexican nationals due to concept.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily service operations to ensure smooth table turnover and coordination between service, bar, and kitchen.
• Maintains brand service standards and handles guest feedback, escalating issues as needed.
• Leads, coaches, and disciplines front-of-house staff during shifts.
• Ensures clear coordination between service, kitchen, bar, and management.
• Monitors hygiene, safety, and compliance, and assists with shift handovers and reporting.
