Job summary

Solutions Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to supervise and control the running of the restaurant in line with the mission and Cycle of Service. You will prepare the floor, including mise-en-place for service, and serve customers in a professional, efficient manner.

You will recruit and train the restaurant team, ensure safety/hygiene, manage duty rosters, and uphold high morale and presentation across the FOH. Strong leadership and guest-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hospitality supervision and food service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service of food items within restaurant areas and maintain overall responsibility for food service.
• Ensure FOH floor team follow the Cycle of Service at all times.
• Ensure that FOH team members are reporting for duty and that the restaurant is adequately staffed.
• Organise breaks in line with business volumes.
• Report to the General Manager regarding departmental performance and issues.
• Perform a duty manager role during shifts and handle on-site issues.
• Liaise with customers regarding special functions and events.
• Maintain impeccable mise-en-place and correctly set tables and stations.
• Ensure stock levels and supplies are managed and that equipment is maintained.
