Accor in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager - Beverage Operations to lead premium bar service and beverage controls across a Dubai outlet. You will oversee staff, budgeting, inventory, and guest experience while ensuring hygiene and presentation standards.

The role reports to Restaurant Manager and requires 5-7 years in a 4-5 star hotel with strong leadership and cost-control skills to optimize outlet profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 5-7 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Experience in bar supervision, beverage inventory, scheduling, cost control, and luxury guest service.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to annual outlet budgets, revenue forecasts, expense planning, and operating equipment requirements.
• Prepare employee schedules according to business forecasts, staffing guidelines, and expected service demand.
• Supervise bar employees and maintain professional conduct, grooming, courtesy, and guest engagement standards.
• Coordinate beverage purchasing, pricing, promotions, and product selection with the Restaurant Manager.
• Monitor beverage cost of sale and support measures that protect outlet profitability.
• Identify employee training needs and arrange practical development programs with the Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure entrance procedures, dress codes, sound levels, lighting, and operating hours comply with established policies.
• Take charge of bar operations whenever the Restaurant Manager is absent.
