Job summary

Cars24 UAE is seeking a Financing and Insurance (F&I) Advisor to own the customer journey after car reservation, coordinating financing, insurance, registration and delivery with speed and accuracy. You will collect documents, liaise with bankers, ensure 100% completeness, track insurance issuance, and align with QC, registration and logistics to deliver a hassle-free experience.

Responsibilities

• Post-reservation: be the primary contact for customers and guide them through financing, documentation, insurance, and registration processes.
• Financing and banker coordination: collect documents, coordinate with bankers and internal teams, ensure 100% documentation for financed and cash cases, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Insurance and registration coordination: coordinate insurance issuance with partners and track registration within SLA; align with QC and registration teams for delivery readiness.
• Internal stakeholder coordination: work with QC, Registration & Logistics to avoid handoff gaps between approval, registration, and delivery.
• Delivery enablement & experience: track readiness across financing, registration, and QC clearance to prevent bottlenecks and deliver a seamless experience.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver's Seat:

The F&I Advisor will serve as the single point of ownership for a customer journey post car reservation through financing, insurance coordination, registration and delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end financing execution, documentation coordination, banker engagement, and delivery readiness - ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer delight.

1. Post-Reservation Customer Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers after car reservation.
• Guide customers through financing, documentation, insurance, and registration processes.

2. Financing and banker coordination

• Collect customer financial documents post booking and submit the case to bankers.
• Directly coordinate with bankers and internal Team Leads to fast-track loan approvals.
• Ensure 100% documentation completeness for both financed and full-cash cases.
• Verify accuracy of submitted documents before banker processing.
• Own discrepancy resolution with customers and ensure timely resubmissions.
• Escalate cases tactically to reduce approval delays.
• Proactively follow up on any additional documents requirement, LPO generation, second set submission and disbursal operations.

3. Insurance and registration coordination

• Coordinate insurance issuance in collaboration with partners.
• Ensure registration processes are tracked and completed within SLA.
• Align with internal QC and registration teams for delivery readiness.

4. Internal stakeholder coordination

Work closely with:

• Final QC & Inspection teams
• Registration & Logistics
• Ensure no handoff gaps between approval, registration, and delivery stages.

5. Delivery Enablement & Experience

• Track readiness for delivery across financing, registration, and QC clearance.
• Prevent bottlenecks that can delay physical delivery.
• Drive a hassle-free and predictable delivery experience for customers.

What's Under the Hood:

• Experience of 2+ years in auto finance, banking, car dealerships, or loan processing operations preferred.
