Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto finance, banking, or loan processing.
• Strong coordination across customers, bankers, and operations.
• Excellent documentation accuracy and process orientation.
• Strong communication skills in English, with follow-up and escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of ownership for financing, insurance coordination, registration and delivery.
• Ensure end-to-end financing execution and banker engagement.
• Collect documents and submit cases to bankers.
• Coordinate with bankers and team leads to fast-track approvals.
• Maintain 100% documentation completeness for financed and cash cases.
• Verify submitted documents before banker processing.
• Own discrepancy resolution and timely resubmissions.
• Escalate cases to reduce approval delays.
• Follow up on additional documents, LPO generation and disbursement operations.
• Maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate insurance issuance and registration; track SLA.
• Align with QC and registration teams for delivery readiness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent handoff gaps.
