Job summary

Cars24 UAE is seeking a Financing and Insurance (F&I) Advisor to own the customer journey after car reservation, coordinating financing, insurance, registration and delivery with speed and accuracy. You will collect documents, liaise with bankers, ensure 100% completeness, track insurance issuance, and align with QC, registration and logistics to deliver a hassle-free experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in auto finance or loan processing, strong communication, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto finance, banking, car dealerships or loan processing operations preferred.
• Strong coordination across customers, bankers and internal teams.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously under turnaround pressure.
• High documentation accuracy and process orientation.
• Strong communication, follow-up and escalation judgment.
• Comfortable working across CRM, loan portals and internal trackers.

Responsibilities

• Post-reservation: be the primary contact for customers and guide them through financing, documentation, insurance, and registration processes.
• Financing and banker coordination: collect documents, coordinate with bankers and internal teams, ensure 100% documentation for financed and cash cases, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Insurance and registration coordination: coordinate insurance issuance with partners and track registration within SLA; align with QC and registration teams for delivery readiness.
• Internal stakeholder coordination: work with QC, Registration & Logistics to avoid handoff gaps between approval, registration, and delivery.
• Delivery enablement & experience: track readiness across financing, registration, and QC clearance to prevent bottlenecks and deliver a seamless experience.
