Cars24 Arabia is seeking an Auto Loans Sales Executive - Dealer Relations (Arabic Speaker) in the UAE. You will lead lead generation, manage dealer relationships, and drive end-to-end auto loan processing with banks like ENBD, DIB, and ADCB. A personal vehicle and fluency in Arabic and English are essential.

You will target 2–3M AED monthly loan disbursal, coordinate with multiple banks, and advise on insurance requirements, in a field-focused role requiring extensive dealer visits.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in used car auto loan sales / DSA channel / banking sales.
• Strong dealer network and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with loan processing, car evaluation, and disbursal workflows.
• Ability to achieve monthly loan disbursal targets (2-3M AED).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Disburse 2-3M AED loan volume monthly and manage disbursals end-to-end.
• Build strong dealer and customer relationships and guide customers through the auto loan process.
• Collect, verify, and submit all required documents (KYC, income proof, dealer invoices) ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with banks to fast-track loan approvals and resolve queries.
• Generate leads for car evaluations and share certified reports with partner banks.
• Advise customers on insurance requirements and manage insurance tie-ups related to auto loans.

What You'll Do

• Lead Generation: Source high-value auto loan leads via dealers, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Business Handling: Disburse 2-3M AED loan volume monthly and manage disbursals end-to-end.
• Dealer & Customer Relationships: Build strong ties with dealers and guide customers through the auto loan process.
• Documentation: Collect, verify, and submit all required documents (customer KYC, income proof, dealer invoices, etc.) to ensure compliance and smooth loan processing.
• Bank Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple banks to fast-track loan approvals and resolve queries promptly.
• Car Evaluation Certificate: Generate leads for car evaluations, and share certified reports with partner banks (ENBD, DIB, ADCB, ADIB, etc.) as an authorized car evaluator.
• Insurance Coordination: Advise customers on insurance requirements and manage insurance tie-ups related to auto loans.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Arabic and English - this role is focused on expanding our reach with Arabic-speaking dealers and customers.
• Proven experience in used car auto loan sales / DSA channel / banking sales.
• Strong dealer network and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with loan processing, car evaluation, and disbursal workflows.
• Ability to achieve monthly loan disbursal targets (2-3M AED).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must own a personal vehicle - this is a field-heavy role requiring ~80% of your time visiting used car dealers; reliable personal transport is compulsory.
