Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking experienced Finance & Insurance managers to join a talent pool for future UAE opportunities. You will drive F&I performance, present financial solutions, and work with sales teams and financial partners to maximize revenue while ensuring compliant, customer-focused experiences.

The role requires strong financial knowledge, sales acumen, and the ability to coach and build relationships with customers and dealers across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Finance & Insurance processes, products, systems, and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of KYC, banking compliance, and F&I requirements.
• Familiarity with conventional and Islamic finance and insurance products.
• Experience with leasing and residual-value based finance options.

Responsibilities

• Drive F&I sales performance and achieve income and revenue targets.
• Maximize opportunities across finance, insurance, leasing, and value-added products.
• Present and recommend suitable financial solutions based on customer needs.
• Support sales team in maximizing new and used vehicle sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with partner banks and finance providers to support financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including KYC and AML.
• Coach Sales Executives on F&I products, processes, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Monitor F&I performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay aware of competitor products, rates, offers and market strategies.

As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for driving F&I performance by providing customers with suitable finance, insurance, leasing, and value-added product solutions. You will work closely with sales teams and financial partners to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused experience.

What You Will Do

• Present and recommend suitable financial solutions based on individual customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in maximizing new and used vehicle sales opportunities.
• Work closely with partner banks and finance providers to support customer financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Coach and support Sales Executives on F&I products, processes, systems, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor F&I performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain awareness of competitor products, rates, consumer offers, and market strategies.
