The role ensures the smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, safety, and building systems while maintaining the highest operational and safety standards across hotel rooms, public areas, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams and allocate time, tools, and materials to complete work orders
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, kitchen, carpentry, painting, audio visual, and fire life safety systems
• Execute condition based maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor and maintain hotel rooms, public areas, recreational water systems, and exterior resort features
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including use of protective equipment
• Escalate technical issues to senior facilities management when required
• Maintain tools and ensure calibration standards are up to date
• Train and mentor team members in maintenance best practices
• Respond effectively during building emergencies and provide shift coverage

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 10 years of facilities maintenance experience or relevant technical education combined with practical experience
