Job Posting: Skilled Welders and Metal Fabricators

We are looking for skilled welders, metal fabricators, and signage fabricators to work on stainless‑steel, aluminum, and structural steel projects in the UAE. Positions include TIG/MIG welders, structural fabricators, aluminum fabricator cutters, and signage fabricator roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Fabricate, assemble, cut, and weld steel, aluminum, and stainless‑steel components using TIG, MIG, and other welding techniques.
• Use CNC routers, cutting machines, and welding equipment to fabricate signage letters, window frames, and structural steel components.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members on design and installation.
• Train and mentor junior fabricators and supervise shop activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–8 years’ experience in metal fabrication or welding.
• Vocational, trade, or technical certification in welding/fabrication.
• Proficiency with TIG, MIG, and welding machines; CNC router/basic fabrication tools.
• Strong knowledge of metals (stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, bronze).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or food‑processing fabrication is a plus.
