Job summary

Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai is seeking a skilled F&B Team Leader to supervise and head the service operation during shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities

• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings to share occupancy, menu changes, daily schedule and assignments.
• Ensure staff appearance and grooming meet standards.
• Coordinate with Guest Relations, Front Office and other service departments.
• Monitor duty schedules for the team.
• Prepare mise-en-place for 24-hour service requirements.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to the manager.
• Communicate guest complaints to Assistant Outlet Manager and F&B Operations Manager.
• Train new team members and support service across venues as needed.
