Job summary

Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai is seeking a Team Lead - Food & Beverage to guide and inspire a diverse service team across our hospitality venues, ensuring guests receive seamless, personalized experiences. You will plan rosters, coordinate with departments, monitor guest satisfaction, and uphold luxury standards, while mentoring staff and driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences.
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Address guest enquiries and complaints professionally, recording relevant details and notifying the supervisor.
