Job summary

Marriott International's Sheraton Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage leader to oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. You will drive guest and employee satisfaction, manage budgets, ensure compliance with F&B laws, and develop business plans to meet financial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in hotel F&B operations, and a hands-on approach to continually improve service quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading F&B teams in a hotel or similar operation.
