Remote DXB is seeking a dynamic food & beverage supervisor to lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced Dubai hotel. You will drive guest satisfaction by coordinating service, monitoring standards, and ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage supervision or leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills and professional language usage.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and inventory management (FIFO).
• Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to meet guest needs and optimize service.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire to uphold professional standards.
• Handle opening/closing duties including supply setup and equipment cleaning.
• Manage storage areas using FIFO principles and maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling and coaching employees.
• Model Open Door Policy and act as first point of contact.
• Follow company safety, security and hygiene policies.
• Welcome guests and anticipate service needs.
