Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, interview, train, and discipline Outlet staff for smooth operation.
• Organize pre-shift meetings and communicate menu changes and house counts.
• Promote hotel facilities, resolve guest issues to satisfaction, and drive revenue.
• Oversee MEP quality, inventory procedures, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain 24-hour response times to inquiries and monthly manpower forecasts.
