Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties and conduct inventories.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
