Job summary

JA The Resort in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily food and beverage operations, inspire and manage a growing team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all outlets.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of F&B operations, cashiering procedures, POS systems, and exceptional English communication skills to maintain service standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, cashiering procedures, and POS systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Lead daily F&B operations and ensure service excellence across outlets.
