Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and head the service operation during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Organize pre-shift meetings and share information on occupancy, menus, and schedules.
• Maintain tidy appearance and supervise subordinates, ensuring brand standards.
• Coordinate with Guest Relations, Front Office and other departments to optimize service.
• Train new team members and support in menu knowledge and guest queries.
• Handle complaints and relay issues to Outlet Manager and F&B Operations Manager.
