Job summary

Converge, based in Dubai, seeks an Export Manager to lead international sales expansion in Africa. You will identify opportunities, open new markets, and build distributor networks, while managing key partners across multiple markets.

This hands-on role requires FMCG export expertise and strong negotiation skills to grow revenue and footprint. Successful candidates will be adept at operating independently, coordinating cross-border operations, and delivering sustainable growth for our Africa

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in export sales or international business development within FMCG.
• Proven experience opening and developing new markets across Africa.
• Experience establishing distributor networks and developing routes to market.
• Strong understanding of international trade, export operations, and market expansion.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and grow export revenue.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing distributor relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international markets.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
