Job summary

Cars24 Arabia is seeking an Export Sales Lead to own the end-to-end export sales motion. The role focuses on building and running a book of export-dealer relationships, closing volume deals, and coordinating across Procurement, Financing & Insurance to fulfil them.

The successful candidate will leverage an established UAE/region network, drive a high-volume export pipeline, and coordinate with multiple functions to ensure timely delivery and margin protection.

Qualifications

• A strong, established network among export dealers in the UAE and region is required.
• Proven experience in vehicle exports / export sales with a track record of closed volume.
• 4–7 years in B2B / export / corporate vehicle sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Activate and expand an existing network of export dealers across the UAE and region.
• Mine past / dormant export leads and re-activate them into live buyers.
• Identify new export corridors, dealers, and channels through outreach and referrals.
• Negotiate and close volume export deals across dealer relationships of varying size.
• Build long-term, repeat relationships and coordinate with Financing/Insurance to structure offers.
• Coordinate with Procurement to source the right vehicles from B2B channels to meet export demand.
• Coordinate export documentation, logistics, and delivery to ensure smooth fulfilment.
