Job summary

Caliberly seeks an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive our flexible-packaging business across the MENA and African markets, based in Dubai. You will lead export sales initiatives, build relationships with major dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical and beverage clients, and manage margins and payments. Arabic fluency and strong English communications are required.

The role involves travel across assigned markets to expand opportunities and strengthen market presence in a dynamic, growing region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of export-sales experience in the flexible-packaging industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong professional English communication.
• Proven track record in developing business across MENA and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop flexible-packaging business across MENA and African markets.
• Build and manage export channels and key accounts in target sectors (dairy, FMCG, pharma, beverages).
• Travel extensively to assigned markets to secure new business and maintain relationships.
