Job summary

Mezzan Foods in Dubai is seeking to provide commercial and customer support by managing customer communication, export documentation, order and shipment follow-up, forecasting, invoicing, and related commercial reporting activities.

The role involves coordinating with customers, maintaining PI files, and ensuring compliance with Mezzan procedures, while contributing to sales performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand Arabic (mandatory).
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation.
• Experience with export documentation and LC handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely customer correspondence via phone and email.
• Maintain export customer files and related communications.
• Follow up on forecasts and update forecasting in the system.
• Follow up on customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and revise Proforma Invoices (PIs).
• Verify export shipment documents and obtain required approvals.
• Follow up on shipment dispatch and customer delivery.
• Review and process customer claims.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and Mezzan procedures.
• Monitor the Customer Satisfaction Index.
