Job summary

Nestlé in Dubai seeks an Export Project Specialist to manage export projects as the single point of contact with receiving markets. You will oversee timelines, document completeness, SKU changes, and coordination across production, operations, and finance to ensure on-time execution.

The role requires 3–5 years of multi-functional project experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Globe systems. Based in Dubai, full-time with close collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a similar role handling multi-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and warehousing of FMCG goods.

Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact to receiving markets; manage export requests, share information and pricing details.
• Contribute to project timelines and coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance and other functions.
• Coordinate artwork changes, ensure system readiness (codes, vendor and customer creation) and complete export briefs.
• Monitor workflows in Globe, escalate delays, and manage invoicing for trials and rechargeable costs.
