Job summary

Mezzan Holding Co. in Dubai seeks a Commercial Support professional to manage customer communication, export documentation, order and shipment follow-up, forecasting, and invoicing, while delivering related commercial reporting.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain PI files, and ensure ISO and internal procedure compliance, contributing to customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely customer correspondence through phone and email.
• Maintain export customer files and related communications.
• Follow up with customers on forecasts and update forecasting in the system.
• Follow up on customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Follow up on advance payments and Letters of Credit (LCs) with customers and coordinate closely with Accounts.
• Prepare and revise Proforma Invoices (PIs).
• Follow up with customers for confirmation of PIs.
• Verify export shipment documents and obtain the required approvals from customers and the Commercial Director.
• Follow up on shipment dispatch and customer delivery.
• Review and process customer claims.
• Maintain PI files.
• Maintain price list files.
• Prepare reports on commercial sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and Mezzan Commercial Sales procedures.
• Monitor and support the Customer Satisfaction Index.
