Job summary

European food-service group — Middle East operations seeks a Sales Administrative Officer to manage order processing, coordination with operations and logistics, and provide excellent service for key accounts in the Middle East region.

You will maintain CRM records, prepare periodic sales reports, and support regional sales team with data analysis. Fluent English required; Arabic desirable; office-based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales coordination, sales administration or customer service in food industry.
• GCC/Middle East experience; Iraq, Syria and Jordan exposure preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel); ERP/CRM systems familiarity; Power BI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate purchase orders; create customer accounts in system.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and logistics for product availability and dispatch.
• Maintain sales trackers, CRM entries and reports; support regional accounts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and ad-hoc data analyses.
